Windows 10: I bought the wrong version of windows 11. I would like a refund

Hello, I recentely bought a new gaming pc.but to activate the windows I needed to buy a windows key so I didI bought it from the windows storethe thing is: this key won't work cause this pc have already windows 11 pro.So I don't know how to change version from the home version versus the pro version.Im even ready to pay more for the pro version but I can't use the home version the pc wont let me...Thank you.

I needed to purchase a product key for the windows 11 on my macbook pro. I erroneously bought the wrong version of windows 11 (windows home instead of pro). I have since bought the correct pro version and want a refund for the home version. I cannot request this through the microsoft store, the automated phone number redirected me to the help page which does not cover this. I would like to speak to a human being to resolve this

is it possible to get a refund after downloading the wrong version of a game (minecraft)? Bought it online from the microsoft store but it is not showing anywhere on order history.
