Windows 10: I bought what was described as a new version of Microsoft front page 2003. Can this DVD...

I recently bought what was described as a new version of Microsoft frontpage 2003. When it arrived it was not in the original packaging and it was labeled oddly I thought. It was not sealed just in a sleeve. Can this DVD have a virus on it, I need a new version of frontpage 2003 as I am still maintaining some websites of that platform and don’t have my original program with me. Where can I find one that I can feel safe that will not infect my new computer with a virus? Can I take this DVD to a place to have it checked for a virus before I install it on my computer, it has a license and product

-Try this compatibility pack
-Reinstall Office 2003 (and compatibility pack)
-Try OpenOffice instead
-If you really don't want OpenOffice, buy new version of Microsoft Office

Is it just one file, or all your word files?

With the exception of Outlook, I have yet to find a reason to stop using Office 2000, 2003, and 2007. They open all the latest files just fine, and they work just fine.
