Windows 10: I bought windows 11 dowload and i have yet to recieve an email of the product code

I bought windows 11 on Saturday night and I would probably get an email on Monday, I saw in someone else's question that it might take 24 hrs does this mean mine should come sometime on Tuesday in my main inbox or spam folder?

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

 

Windows 11 home to Windows 11 pro upgrade by product key - not active

HI,

I bought a product key for windows 11 pro, I did install it however i get error code an not able to activate -> 0x80072EE7.

Is there a way to resolve the issue? Tried to do the phone activation but it doesnt help. Windows suggest installing windows 11 home again (which I dont want since I bought windows 11 pro).

I made a purchase of Microsoft Windows 11 Pro license online but have not received a confirmation email with product code. I can see my order as completed in the order history but there is no email with order details.

I tried to contact support via Get Help app but that it requires me to select a country and by some reason Ukraine is not in the list, so I cannot get help from Microsoft support. Is there any other way to get assistance from Microsoft support?

I logged into newly installed Windows via my Microsoft account which I used to purchase a license online but I cannot see any option to activate.
