Windows 10: I bought Windows 11 Pro license online on Microsoft site but haven't received confirmation...

I made a purchase of Microsoft Windows 11 Pro license online but have not received a confirmation email with product code. I can see my order as completed in the order history but there is no email with order details.I tried to contact support via Get Help app but that it requires me to select a country and by some reason Ukraine is not in the list, so I cannot get help from Microsoft support. Is there any other way to get assistance from Microsoft support?I logged into newly installed Windows via my Microsoft account which I used to purchase a license online but I cannot see any option to act

Normally, you will receive the product key at the email address you used to purchase the product. Or sometimes, the key is automatically linked to your Microsoft account.

"If you bought Windows 10 or Windows 11 Pro upgrade in the Microsoft Store app, you'll receive a digital license instead of a product key in the confirmation email that was sent to confirm the purchase. That email address (MSA) will contain the digital license. You can use the digital license for activation."

Can you check on the Activation settings if it shows Windows 11 Pro or still Windows 11 Home? Are you signed-in to your computer with the Microsoft Account email you used to purchase the upgrade?

Free upgrade from Windows 11 Home to 11 Pro using 10 Pro retail license

My current computer has an activated Windows 10 Pro retail license. I'm planning to replace my current computer by buying a new computer that comes preinstalled with Windows 11 Home, and then I understand I can use my 10 Pro license to upgrade to 11 Pro for free.

What's the most straightforward way of accomplishing this? The obvious approach that comes to mind involves two steps:

1. Reinstall Windows 10 Pro on new computer and activate with my existing retail license.
   
2. Upgrade new computer to 11 Pro for free through the settings.
   

Is there a simpler way of doing this without having to reinstall Windows 10? For example, would it be possible to somehow "trade in" my Windows 10 Pro license for 11 Pro? I'm fairly new to Windows licensing and am just trying to understand what is possible/best practice, with minimal effort.
