Due to the purchase of Windows 11 Pro you need to make sure you are signed in with your Microsoft account. In the current situation, I think it may be that your app store does not recognize your Microsoft account, so the error is reported. You can try to log out of your account, and then use your Microsoft account to log in to the Microsoft Store again.

To cancel the reservation/upgrade to Windows 10, follow the steps:

• Open the Reservation app in the notification area (double click it).
• Click the Hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
• Select ‘View Confirmation’.
• In the lower left, click Cancel Reservation and then confirm (twice).

Win 11 Pro Upgrade - Not Working - Bought TWICE

I bought Win 11 Pro Upgrade using MS Store. After Clicking on BUY the dialogue dissapeared - so I thought it did not work - as there was no information saying "Thank You"...

SO I chnanged the credid card and tried again. But again the same. Then I saw that the Activation in Settings now showed a button "Install" - they RENAMED the Button from "BUY" to "INSTALL" - Wow no red color no flashing green light...

Then I checked my MS account and found that they actually charged me twice for exactly the same Surface Pro 8 for the upgrade from Home to Pro.

Then I clicked the button in activation to install and received a message to clsoe and save all files, which I did and proceeded... to receive an error "soemthing went wrong". I restarted the MICROSOFT Surface Pro 8 and opened the activation setting again.

Which now shows "BUY"... again ... how many times do I have to buy an upgrade? to actually receive one... and HOW do I get a refund for at least ONE of the "upgrades"??

And Yes, this PC is registered under my name, the same account where I bought the TWO upgrades for ONE surface Pro... and my account shows these two orders for the upgrades...
