Windows 10: I built a new computer. With a fresh install of Windows 10, I am getting crashes and boot...

I have three problems that are all similar in their behavior. I never get a blue screen error code.If I shut down properly, the next time I boot up, I cannot make it to the login screen/desktop. Usually I will see the BIOS logo, then the screen will go black, but not on Standby. The only way to turn on my computer successfully is to force a shutdown beforehand.Similarly, if my computer goes to sleep, when I try to wake it up, I cannot get back to the desktop. It crashes somewhere along the way of waking up, sometimes shows some of the login screen, then the screen freezes for a few seconds and

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.

Hi.
I have Samsung Series 7 NP7005ZA-S0AUS laptop pc. I decided to do a fresh windows install so I used a flash drive to re-install windows (I formatted the hard drive at the begnining of the installation). When the laptop booted first time in the installation process, I got a screen saying boot menu but it's empty. I clicked alt+ctl+de, the laptop restarts and gets me back to the same screen. I entered the bios and made sure the hd is on the top of the list and save/restarted but same issue. I tried loading bios default settings and that did not help either. I noticed in the boot menu that there are exclamation marks next to the HD and the SATA DVD drives, not sure what that means but they were not there before. I honestly think a bios update can do the trick but there is no way to upgrade the bios of a samsung laptop without Windows like my case so I am stuck.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
Notice: The hard drive has 8GB msata built in.
