Windows 10: I buy Window 10/11 Home on January 4 2023 and now the computer is asking to activate Window?

I buy Window 10/11 Home on January 4 2023 order # 9146758851 and now the computer is asking to activate Window?? I don't have the product key and because parallels program update window do not find the product key. Can you help me reactivate the product?
