    Hello.I have a 365 tenant with exchange emails, which I can access from Outlook.com. I am trying to add them to Outlook File - Add Account, or even via control panel, Mail, Emails, but after it asks for the email and password it it stuck on a window that says "Searching for ****@*****.com". After a while it fails, with an option to change account settings. Even I choose another type like Office 365, Outlook, etc. no luckIf I add any of the accounts to Windows 10 Mail, then it connects and adds it straight away.Any ideas? This is the same for all 6 accounts on this tenant.Thanks

    Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

    When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

    How to install outlook express on windows xp with explorer 8?

    This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

    The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

    Hi there,

    Are you using Outlook 365 desktop client or Outlook Web App?

    What taskbar list are you referring, is it Windows 10 Task View?
    Could you provide screenshot here where do you want to see recently opened email?

    Although, there is no taskbar list in Outlook 365 desktop and Outlook Web app client to check recent opened email.

    If you are referring to Windows 10 Task View, should contact Windows 10 support rather than Outlook.
