    i can enable or disable some settings but i can't enable or disable some of them


    so i'm having trouble with the settings and i'm trying to enable and disable some settings but they do not work.the settings that aren't enabling or disabling:"Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows""Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when i sign in to highlight what's new and suggested""Show me Suggested Content in the Settings App""Show me Suggestion in your timeline".I tried searching for some tutorials how to fix settings not disabling or enabling but didn't find one.My System Information is:NVIDIA GeForce RTX 306016GB RAMAMD Ryzen 5 5600xHD

    Enable or Disable HPET

    I have been pondering whether or not to enable HPET in my BIOS (see specs) and what are the pros and cons of it being either enabled or disabled?

    Easy enable/disable microphone?

    My bro just got a microphone and I was wondering if there's an easy way to enable or disable it. I know you can right click on the volume icon, click on select recording devices then select the microphone, then click properties, then click on levels, and mute it - but that's just way too many steps, I'm looking for a more obvious and much easier way to do it.

    Unable to enable a startup app

    I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

    The step I folowed are

    • Open task manager
    • go to startup tab
    • select the app
    • enable
    and when I reopen it's set at disable
