Windows 10: I can' get my audio to work when using Zoom

HelloI know that the sound recorder is working on my laptop so I imagine that the problem must be with Zoom.I've gone to the volume mixer and turned up all volume controls to full and done a few other bits and pieces, but nothing has worked. Please help me sort the problem as I think it might be to do with a Microsoft app.Thank youD

  Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?

  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?

  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating
  system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.

Zoom support team for further assistance with the issue.

Audio quit working with Zoom

After more than a year of perfect performance, my audio on Zoom was lost. I've reinstalled Zoom, confirmed most recent drivers for my devices, reconnected cables, etc. and nothing is working. The speakers and microphone work with other apps. Possible that this is another unintended consequence of a Windows update - like the one which caused my printer to become inoperable last year? Any suggestions would be welcome.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.
