    Cannot hear Ring Tones 3110C

    Thanks jimmyireland. I followed your three suggestions.



    • freed up memory
    • carried out the factory reset
    • ugraded software.
    I still cannot hear the loudspeaker. I tried



    • playing a media file
    • calling the phone and selected loudspeaker


    Still nothing. If it was not for hearing the keypad tones I would say the speaker was broken.



    Were your suggestions a standard response to faults or have you heard of my speaker problem before?

    Inbound calls do not end immediately after hanging up

    Hi Juvetsky,



    Thanks for posting to the Microsoft Answers forums! Your phone staying on the line after ending a call is certainly unusual behavior, it should drop as soon as the call is terminated (like you see with inbound calls). If you haven't had a chance to try
    restarting your phone, this would be a good first step. However, I would suggest contacting your carrier to see what may be causing the issue and to check if you are being billed for the time on your phone plan.



    When you mentioned the name or number of the caller when ringing, was this information you saw displayed for inbound or outbound calls? If inbound, any callers who are set up as a contact should appear with the contact information you set up. Callers
    who are not yet set up as a contact may have their information shown on your device but this is also a feature which would be covered by your carrier.



    Regarding the Bluetooth sharing, Windows Phone 7 currently only supports pairing to audio devices, such as the profiles listed on this page:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2449475 .

    Hi guys,



    Sorry for the vague subject. Recently I had to replace the lcd screen which now works fine but since then if I ring someone or they ring me I can't hear anything on the phone. My ringtone works, as does theirs so it's calling ok but I can't hear the actual
    phone ringing on the line nor my voice or theirs.



    Any suggestions please?
