Windows 10: I can log into windows but I cannot reset password or reset computer

    I can log into windows but I cannot reset password or reset computer


    I have issues resetting my computer. First I would like to say why I am resetting. I am having kernel 141 live event issues. You would figure it would be the GPU but after tests and changing out the GPU, it was not the problem. I would try to load a game and the screen would go black and the computer would still be running. Yes, my drivers are up to date and I did roll back them just in case. I did re seat ever thing in mother board and did a memory check. I also did a scan disc and a Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. I have even booted in safe mode and tried other test's. I have ran

    What do I do if the password reset feature doesn't work? My email said my password would no longer work, but when I visited the site I was still logged in and I can log out and the save password feature allows me to log back in. I also cannot manually reset my password.
