Windows 10: I can login and reset the password of my outlook account online but I cannot receive the...

I have tried https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-or-reset-your-pin-in-windows-a386c519-3ab2-b873-1e9b-bb228a98b904 and https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/i-can-t-sign-in-to-my-microsoft-account-475c9b5c-8c25-49f1-9c2d-c64b7072e735 I have also tried to use the newly reset password from outlook.com as my PIN on my laptop but didn't work, the laptop is connected to the internet and when clicking to reset the pin it claims a code has been sent to my email address at outlook.com but nothing is received

outlook account config

SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:

• he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
• he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
• he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;

Not able to login to my laptop on Windows10 account even after resetting password.

Hi,

I am not able to login to my laptop (Windows10), when ever I input the password it gave me incorrect password error. I did following steps.

1. Tried login but received error "That password is incorrect. Make sure you're using the password for your Microsoft account. You can always reset it at account.live.com/password/reset."

2. Reseted my password on another device and restarted the troubled laptop. Tried login but received the same error.

3. Used the virtual keyboard, but received the same error again.

I am able to see my troubled device in the Windows profile (on another device) so I am sure that, I have changed the password on the correct profile.

I want recover data from my hard disk. Please suggest how can I access my data back.
