    I can no longer access my old email account so how can I log in? Your process does not ask...


    I am unable to access my old email so I am unable to log in to that account, I have opened a new account but there is no option to allow me to open the old account or describe my problem, I have filled in the "FORM" but as it does not request to know what the issue is I have, how can you resolve the problem for me ?If the logic tree you use does not allow a description of the problem to be solved then you are unable to solve an unknown problem, I understad you simply wish to offer "options" to the user to minimise risks of receiving malware but you have simply excluded being able to solve the
