Windows 10: I can no longer claim games with gold. I have an active Gamepass Ultimate Subscription...

I am unable to claim games with gold anymore. I have an active Gamepass Ultimate Subscription that's good until 3/30/2026. When trying to redeem the free game with gold for the month, Only price shows but no claim option. I did remove my account and added the account again to see if it fixes the problem but that didn't do anything, i am still seeing the same error. I tried to redeem the game from different sources like my Xbox console, PC Windows, table and gamepass app, Xbox appt but no matter where I tried to claim the game from, I still get the same error everywhere.Any help would be great

Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Perks

I am a part of a Microsoft family which gives me access to Xbox gamepass ultimate. One of the Xbox gamepass ultimate perks is an ancestral ship set for sea of thieves but someone else in my family already claimed it. Is there any way I can have access
to it as well or do I need to buy gamepass for myself?

 

Gamepass games on PC not working

I have a valid gamepass ultimate subscription and recently tried to play gamepass games on PC. I downloaded the app and installed Crosscode and The Messenger. When I try to launch the games through the Xbox PC app, the app minimizes and nothing happens.
When I try to launch the games through the start menu, it just directs me to the Windows Store to download the Xbox App, which shows that I've already downloaded it. Games I have previously downloaded from before the Xbox App came out, such as Forza Horizon
4, seem to work ok. What can I do to get the newer games working?

 

Win11 laptop came with "free" gamepass but asks credit card, what a surprise!

My windows 11 laptop came with "free" gamepass ultimate subscription says the microsoft store library. However it asks me to enter my billing info then use it? There is no cancel button to claim free subscription, it asks me to enter either paypal or a credit card, there is no way to claim my gamepass subscription which isnt free at al it seems.

Any ideas? Why do that asks me my personal info if it supposed to be free? Already updated everything in MS store.
