Windows 10: I can no longer connect to my wifi previously.

Hi! I have problem trouble shooting my internet so I tried to follow steps resetting the WiFi connection. However, when I tried to change the properties of the WiFi connection, it suddenly disappeared in the list of available connection and I can no longer find it. I tried to connect my other devices and it still connected. How can I connect it again in windows 11?

Cannot connect to wifi network that could connect previously

I have a network in my house that I can no longer connect to. It's 2.4ghz. I was able to connect yesterday and not when I try it just says "Cannot connect to network" no matter what I do. I can connect to other networks in my house. The router is approximately ten steps from the router so the range is not an issue.

 

When will the wifi connectivity problems be solved?


OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?

 

How to "forget" previously used WiFi networks

Can anyone suggest how to remove the use/name of a wifi network I have used previously from the "connect via" screen when I want to connect to the internet or something like that.

I have applied a filter in the WLAN wizrd (which I think should block it, unless someone can tell me differently) but it still gets listed.

This happens when im around the network or not.

This is on the E66, but also applies to the E71.
