Windows 10: I can no longer print on network printer after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10

I upgraded 2 computers call One SH Computer the other RA Computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. These 2 computers can print fine on their local printer, the RA Computer can no longer print on the SH Computer. The RA Computer was able to to print on the SH Computer when they were both on Windows 7.

Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer will not print

Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer shows as properly installed on printer list but will not print. Printer dialogue box shows "printing" but no output. I have removed and reinstalled this printer to this PC. Same printer worked before with
Win 8.1 and still does with my wife's Win 7 PC. So not printer. Win 10 printer troubleshooter did not find any problems. Any suggestions to correct?

 

Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

All it is is one extra step beyond what is native to windows 10. Yes, technically it would be easier to have the functionality of print built in to the Windows 7 version, but you just have to save it ,and right click on it ,and print.

As far as getting the windows 10 version into windows7. I know there was a way to get the old winpaint, so maybe there's a way to get the snipping tool into 10, I don't know.

Offline Printing to network printer in Windows 10 no longer works

We have a user (running Windows 7 Pro) who would print to a network printer from home, while the printer was offline, and then everything would print out when he came into the office and the printer was available. After upgrading to Windows 10, this feature
no longer works. He receives the following error:

There was an error when printing started. To check the printer setup, double-click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel.

We have tried from various Windows 10 computers in our office to print offline (to a network printer), but it doesn't work. We get the same error. Does anyone know if this is possible from Windows 10? I did some google searches, but could not find any
info on it.
