    Microsoft store purchase of Windows 11/10 pro upgrade no longer visible in store order history. Receipt but no number and thumbnail is broken to a link that is also broken. I need my upgrade activation key.

    Order history / product page no longer available. Windows 10 Activation key not showing

    Dear all,

    In April 2018, I bought a Windows 10 pro soft copy to upgrade from Windows 10 Chinese Family edition.

    After several unsuccessful download attempts, I gave up a few month ago.

    I was about to try again, but now I cannot see the activation key any longer

    The order history show the purchase as completed, but after clicking does not find the product page (see below).

    There is no install button either.

    The virtual agent redirects me to the hotline and the hotline does not help much either. It asks to explain the problem, but 'recover activation key', 'order history not available' and at the end the system hangs up or asks me an activation key, which I
    do not have.

    Is there an email support? or a way I can be sure to talk to a human?

    Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

    Well that's a bit of a mystery to me. If this was a legit purchase, I suggest you call Microsoft and find out what the issue is. Something doesn't sound quite kosher here. Not saying you've done something wrong, but something doesn't seem right to me.

    And I've never bought an OS from the Microsoft Store, but I'd think you'd still be emailed a license key. You might also check your Microsoft Account to see if the key was posted somewhere there.

    Windows key is missing in orders history.

    Yeah, I checked this page. I acidentally removed the e-mail with product key. So, I tried to follow "You can find out if you purchased from Microsoft in your Microsoft account Order history.". But I cannot find product key there. Previously it was there under product "Install" link. But this link is missing now. Where can I find the key in order history? Or make the store to re-send the email with the key again I can no longer see my activation key in order history in Microsoft store :)
