Windows 10: i can not access to my windows defender when i try to open it, it get stuck nothing happen...

i can not access to my windows defender when i try to open it, it get stuck nothing happen i want to know is this a virus or some kin d of an attack?

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

• 
  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion
