Windows 10: I can not active my windows 11 when i reinstall that on new hard drive

HelloI have two SSD hard drives on my laptop. I deleted Windows from the first hard drive and installed it on the second hard drive, and I had an activation code on the previous Windows and wrote it down. Now I want to activate the new Windows on the second hard drive, and unfortunately I encounter the following error. I also entered my Microsoft account and failed.Product Key you enterd didnt Work Error 0xc004f050.my license code is for windows 11

Reinstall Windows 10 to new hard drive

We want to know about the issue you're having with your recovery drive. Please answer the questions below:

• Are you trying to reinstall Windows 8 or Windows 10?
• If you already upgraded to Windows 10, were you able to create a new copy of the recovery drive?

New Hard Drive for laptop, reinstall Windows 10, need a new activation key?

Hi all.

My laptop just got a SMART error for the hard drive, did some research, it seems that i need to get a new hard drive replaced.

Situation:

-Bought a laptop came with windows 8.

- upgrade to windows 10 through verification.

- DO not know the activation key

- I have downloaded a windows 10 image on my usb for boot up purposes. (from Microsoft)

Question:

Please advise the proper steps for reinstall the windows on my machine, would I be asked to provide the activation key?

- Should I reinstall windows 8 on my laptop and then do a upgrade?

or

- should I reinstall windows 10 and my laptop would be automatically activated.

Reinstalling Windows 10 on a new hard drive

Hi! I bought a new hard drive since it looks like the one I currently have is corrupted. However, the corrupted hard drive is where my Windows volume license key is bound to. Is it still possible to activate the license on a different hard drive? Appreciate
any steps and information you can give.
