Windows 10: I can not buy anythin in this app since 2 month

Since 2 month i can not buy any package by yhe game war planet online after 2 years of regular buyng ...when i clik on price appears elaboration buy and

:)

 

Tried to buy 1 month, but bought 2 months because of an error.

This is so annoying. I've just finished my 1 year Maps subscription for Europe. And today i planned to buy 1 month more. But when i tried to boy 1 month, i got an error message with an error code. I just can't recall the code now.

I thought that was strange and decided to try again.

But when i was finished i suddenly got a message that thanked me for buying 60 days! And when i checked my Visa it reported that i have bought 2 times.



This is so annoying because buying for separate 2 months is nearly halfway the price to one year! This was really not my fault. Can someone from Nokia either return one of my payments, or at least give me some extra months of navigation?



If there is someone from Nokia reading this, and want my IMEI for correcting, please let me know!

I would suggest you to try with the following steps.

Method 1:

Sign out of the calendar app and then sign back in.

If it does not help, try to reset the calendar app. To reset the app, please follow the steps mentioned below.

Open the Settings app.

In settings app, click on ‘Apps.

Locate ‘Mail and Calendar’ app in the list of installed apps and click on it.

Click on ‘Advanced options’ under the app name, scroll down and click on ‘Reset’

Launch the Calendar app and go to ‘Month view’ and check if the issue is fixed.

Method 2:

Try with uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Disclaimer: Uninstalling ‘Mail and Calendar’ will require you to reconfigure the accounts with Mail app when reinstalled.

To uninstall the application, please follow the below mentioned steps.

Right click on Start button and choose ‘Windows PowerShell (admin).

Type in the command: ‘Get-AppxPackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage’
and press the enter key which should remove the app from Windows.

To reinstall it, please open the Store app.

Go to search bar and type ‘Mail and calendar’, click on the app name in suggestions list.

Next, click on ‘Get’ to get the application reinstalled.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
