    bluetooth connectivity problem after upgrading window8.1 to windows10

    Thanks Mr.Sondhi for giving the tips.

    BUT:

    The steps detailed by you did not help to resolve the connectivity issue. The computer/laptop goes on searching Bluetooth devices with out any search result. (Though the devices search the lap top VAIO but show unable to connect.)

    • I had upgraded the windows 8.1 to windows10 through the free up-gradation offer from microsoft.
    • Bluetooth connectivity was OK with windows8.1
    • My Lap Top model is Sony VAIO Model SVE14137CN

    bluetooth sync with surface, lap top and Nokia does not happen

    Bluetooth

    I have a Toshiba Satellite lap top with Windows 10 and a Philips NX5 stereo with Bluetooth. When I connect to the stereo from the lap top and try to play music from YouTube it is very choppy. I have a Windows 10 Lumina 650 phone and I can connect to the
    stereo and it plays just fine. I have checked to make sure Bluetooth is up to date on the lap top. The only difference between the lap top and the phone is the lap top has Internet Explorer 11 and the phone has Microsoft Edge. Does anyone have a suggestion?
