File could not be decrypted

Initially i used server 2012 r2 operating system in my laptop , i have encrypted my all photos folders i just encrypted in normal format just in properties only and give acces to admin ..after few days i have changed os windows8 and present windows 10
iam using ....

I am not able to acces the encrypted folders all my photo folders are locked and i tried to access and removed encryption, and also i change permissions also but its not working ... "It looks like you don't have permission to view dis file check permission
and try again ..file ownership it showing file could not decrypted

 

How to Decrypt *.cerber3 files?

AFAIK it's still not possible to decrypt your files for free...

4. Enter a username and password for the new user account and click "Create Account".
   

Step 2: Add the user account to the local Administrators group
