Windows 10: i can not down load and have no auido sound

I can not do any thing on my lap top no down loads or audio sound and email .

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Sound Quality


One thing that sticks out from looking at your "My Computer" specs. You list "ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)" which suggests you do not have the correct sound hardware driver. Your motherboard has Realtek sound and the first step is to install the Realtek sound drivers. My ASUS also came with Sonic Studio 2 which is a sound enhancement package. Check the ASUS install disc to see if you have something similar.

May not be a speaker problem.

 

keep louseing auido on l755d-s5130 laptop

yes ever sense windows 8.1 my toshiba l755d-s5130 laptop keeps louseing auido i am now on windows 10 pro and it still does it i even tryed uninstalling the auido drivers and reinstallling them that
does nouthing to fix the issue when i plug my laptop in to my tv with the hdmi auido from my laptop to tv works just fine so i know it can't be a flashplayer issue i hope someone has the answers on how to fix this it is very dam anoying when i am on google
chrome and watching a youtube video the first cupple of mins the auido will play just fine but it then cuts out whats funny is if i open a new tab the auido comes back but then after a few mins it goes out again even have had both the motherboard and hard
drive replaced one b4 this started so i know it is not a bad motherboard or hard drive can someone please help me figure this out please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
