Windows 10: I can not get past the log in screen on my computer.

When I type in my PIN, it says “Your Credentials could not be verified”. The only option is to hit OK. Which then gives me the message “Something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available status: 0xc000006d, substats:: 0x0. Click to set up your PIN again. So, I then click Set up PIN and it goes to a blue screen with the message “The user Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.” Again, only option is to click OK. Which takes me right back to the beginning. I’ve restarted the computer a few dozen times. I’ve tried some tricks from other posts and can’t get anyw

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

 

Blue screen. Can't log into computer.

I'm getting a blue screen on my Toshiba laptop. Cannot log in. I took it to computer repair and they could not get past the blue screen. What's the next step?
