Windows 10: I can not join 365 Microsoft family invitation.

Hi. I am wani.I have 2 microsoft accounts that I need to renew. So I subscribed Microsoft 365 Family. I can login with the main account with the new subscription. I tried to add another account into my family account. But I have tried many times, it kept stating the link is broken.Please help me. I urgently need this to fixed.Thank you.

Invitation to join family not received

I am struggling with Family Safety after upgrading some of my household laptops to Windows 10. I have followed the instructions, and have sent invitations to my two children (who now have to have email addresses against my wishes - grrr) to join my family.
However, there is no invite in their Outlook Inboxes (nor in Junk). Yet the status in Family is "Invitation sent to their email. When they accept, they'll join your family." No, there is no such email in either of their Inboxes.

Children's screen usage on hold until I get Family Safety working again <pain>. Anyone else had this? I cannot resend the invite unfortunately (says it's already been sent).

Microsoft Account Invitation Email Not Received so Account Still Pending.

Can you share few information regarding the issue?

Does both the members log in using their emails?

Are you referring to the invitation to join in Family Safety?

Are you trying to invite the users in family safety, if yes then you need to remove the users who are not receiving the invitation and then re-create the users in the family safety online page.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/family#/

• 
  Check the user which says invitation has been sent.
  
• 
  Click on remove link.
  
• 
  Select the user with the invitation has been sent message.
  
• 
  Click the add link where you enter the users email address.
  

I suggest you to follow this steps if you are talking about email invitation about family safety.

Invitation to join family not received

I also have the same problem. Created Outlook email address for my son added him to family and he has logged on to the laptop no problems but I cannot change any restrictions or settings because it is still saying:

Invitation sent to their email address. When they accept, they’ll join your family

No invitation email received to accept (checked junk, tested emailing from another account okay). It appears that the invite never went out.

Trying to follow the advise to remove invite and re-add comes up with this error:

Please try again later. We can't do this at the moment.

I see this problem has been around since August - very poor Microsoft
