Windows 10: I can not leave xbox family group

Hello,I am unable to leave the xbox family group I am in. I don't know how I got in, all I know is that I am the only member, and despite that, I can not leave the group. I have seen the instructions, and the 3 little dots in the upper right corner of the profile square of mine which are supposedly a menu of options where one can select to leave or disband the group simply arent there. The square is, along with the top where it displays my name, however to the right of my name, there is nothing. This is what it looks like. I am of statutory age, and I am doing this so I can change my privacy

Why not set up an admin account with documented password, add it to the family group? Then you can take your account out, and still have (or leave) an admin/family group access account available. Just a thought/suggestion...

Leaving a family group

Hello
I am trying to leave a Microsoft Family. I am the only adult member of the family and wish to leave in order that I can join the rest of my family in their Family group and use their Office 365 Home subscription. I can't join the new family until I've
left the old one. When I login and click 'leave family group' I get the message "Please try again later. We can't do this right now." How can I overcome this? Thanks for your advice.
