Windows 10: I can not locate my bit locker recovery key

Hi,Purchased a new lap top. Old one from March this year is damaged. Need to put hard drive in new lap top. The laptop is on my Microsoft account but when I click more details it says that I do not have any keys?We use this for business so it is crucial to find this key. We have tried other microsoft accounts and the lap top is not even listed and not there.Pls. advise asap.Thanks!

1. What is the error message appears when you’re trying to enter a Bit locker key?
   
2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

bit locker recovery key

any one please help me in finding bit locker recovery key. when i turned on bit locker i saved my key but it got erased from my usb. i aslo cleared my tpm 2.0



please advise how to find the recovery key

Since last 4 days it is bit locker recovery key.

It is working well after giving Recovery key.
