  1. I can not open “Internet settings”, no matter what I try on my Laptop :(

Recently my Steam has been bugging out, and I can’t open it because I need to “connect to a network”.

I found a solution online that includes going into the “Internet settings” through the control panel, and changing some things around.

However, whatever I do, I cannot open this settings. I’ve tried from control panel, directly from search bar, as a shortcut or running the command directly, but it won’t open. I’ve tried restarting my Laptop then redoing all of these and it still won’t open.

All other parts of control panel work, except this one, so I assume there is a much bigger problem.

Any help is appreciated, thanks I can not open “Internet settings”, no matter what I try on my Laptop :( :)
