Windows 10: I can not print Microsoft Word document on my Windows 10 after Updrgade my PC from Windows7.

I can not print Microsoft Word document on my Windows 10 after Upgrade my PC from Windows7. When I click ''Add Printer'', it says that the Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable. This printer is working with other laptops at the house however it doesn't work with the desktop.Please help me to find a solution of the printing problem?

• When you say that "I cannot print a picture from my Documents file", are you trying to print a picture present in a word document file or trying to print a picture on Windows 10?

Printing Word Document

Created a word document and saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). Will not print. Office 2007 program pops up and "suggests" I subscribe to Office 365. Just need to print or email this document....tried to convert to PDF, but is blocking my efforts.

Any suggestions??

I have windows 10 and Microsoft office 16.

Suggestions did not work. I problem lies with emailed documents which are in word. New word documents print.

The printer reads printing reports.
