Windows 10: i can not purchase HEVC video codec on Microsoft store website,

I am in canada and it the Codec purchase is stuck to America only. JUst need the link to the canadian one.

My name is Tom Pham form Australia, I have been trying to purchase HEVC video codec on Microsoft store but the problem is after verification it is asking me to add profile address but for USA only.

I just can not change from United State to Australia. Can you please help.

 

HEVC codec purchase

I purchased the HEVC codec so my family can watch videos on our media pc. Unfortunately the restricted local users (kids) can't use the codec. Surely you don't expect everyone using the pc to separately purchase this codec?
