Windows 10: i can not transfer my calls to pc when my pc is connected to my Bluetooth headset. and hear...

i am using a windows 11 laptop, I have already set up phone link to my laptop, and I can easily call form my pc , but when I have my bluetooth headset connected to my pc then i can accept calls from the pc but i can not hear the audio of the call on my bluetooth device, I have to switch to my headset as audio source from my mobile to get audio, This adds a extra step when my mobile is away from me. or either give me option to use my laptop's mic and speaker for the call.

bluetooth headset not connecting automatically to Win 10 PC

Hello

I'm wondering why my paired Bluetooth headset is not linking up automatically to my Windows 10 PC. Even though it's already in the list of Bluetooth devices, the connection doesn't happen automatically every time both the headset and computer are on.

Internet searches suggest there could be a problem if it's also paired with another device (e.g. a phone) besides the computer. But I'm fairly sure it isn't.

Is the issue that the headset has 2 possible Bluetooth protocols, one hands free and one for music etc.? If that's the problem, is there a way to have it default to one or the other without having to go through settings each time I want to use it?

Windows 10 cant see Bluetooth headset in Realtek aduio device list . Headset connects to Bluetooth can hear the "bleeps" no sound.

I have an Acer Aspire E1-571 running Windows 10.

I have BlueSolie Bluetooth dongle (5.4.277.0)

Realtek audio card (1.0.98.50629)

KSARCADE Bluetooth headset.

The problem is that the headset connects to Bluetooth I hear the "bleeps" and the 'properties' show a good to strong signal bar but the device dose not show up the Realtek audio card device list, ergo the audio card cannot establish a channel to the Bluetooth
headset , so no sound.

Steps taken.

1) Created a restore point.

2)Downloaded the Realtek W10 Bluetooth driver.

3)Enabled and started the Bluetooth services (BthHSSrv Hands free, bthserv Support service)

4)Uninstalled and reinstalled the Hi def audio drivers.

5)Using the Action centre 'connect' has no effect. The action centre dose not show 'Bluetooth'

6) Contacted MS support could not fix it.

Any practical suggestions gratefully received.

Method 2: To control how your computer pairs with Bluetooth enabled devices.

• Go to Settings >
  Devices > Bluetooth.
• On the Bluetooth Settings dialog box, click the
  Options tab.
• Select the check box for
  Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer.

When a Bluetooth enabled computer is in discovery mode, it broadcasts a wireless signal that allows it to be detected by other computers or devices. This is sometimes called pairing mode. If you check this box, your computer will
still be able to detect Bluetooth enabled devices that are in discovery mode, but they will not be able to detect your computer.

Method 3:
Run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter.

1. Type Troubleshooting in the Search box and hit
enter.

2. Select Hardware and Sound from the
Troubleshooter Window.

3. Select Hardware and Devices under
Devices option.

4. Follow the On Screen instructions.
