Windows 10: i can not use non suitable gpu NVIDIA

i can not use non suitable gpu, i see gpu in device manager with code 39. and already updated. ITS NOT ABOUT DRIVER PLS DO NOT SAY ABOUT DRIVER BCS THERE IS TONES OF TONES OF TONES TIMES POST ABOUT DRIVERS ON INTERNET!!! DRIVERS UPDATED!!!NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL IS NOT WORKING!!! ALSO I CANT SEE WHEN I OPEN RIGHT CLICK ON DESKTOP. THERE IS ONLY AMDI CAN NOT SWITCH DISPLAY ADAPTER THERE IS ONLY AMD SUITABLE GPU!!!ONLY GPU0 AMD IN TASK MANAGERBALANCED OR HIGH PERFORMANCE I CANT CHANGE!! STILL AMD GPU..IM GETTING CRAZY REALY THIS IS SO SIMPLE BUT I CANT FIND HOW TO FIX WHY MICROSOFT ALWAYS HARD TO U

NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL IS NOT WORKING!!! ALSO I CANT SEE WHEN I OPEN RIGHT CLICK ON DESKTOP. THERE IS ONLY AMD

I CAN NOT SWITCH DISPLAY ADAPTER THERE IS ONLY AMD SUITABLE GPU!!!

BALANCED OR HIGH PERFORMANCE I CANT CHANGE!! STILL AMD GPU..

IM GETTING CRAZY REALY THIS IS SO SIMPLE BUT I CANT FIND HOW TO FIX WHY MICROSOFT ALWAYS HARD TO USE THIS KIND OF THINGS. THERE IS A LOT OF USEFULL SETTINGS WHICH ARE WE CANT FIND UNDER SETTINGS. WHY!

 

Windows 10 CPU usage 100% when Nvidia GPU enabled

I've had the same problem, and have exactly the same GPU model. I was able to set the drivers back to factory default, but any update I've tried (including the most recent) causes the massive cpu usage. I've contacted tech support for both Nvidia and Asus,
and followed all the steps they suggested, with no luck.

 

NVIDIA GPU Laptop error code 45

I have a msi laptop with RTX 3070 laptop gpu and i have some problems with it, at first the gpu is not listed at the device manager but after i checked the show hidden device option, the gpu showed but there is an error code 45 and its not working, i tried to install the nvidia driver manually by downloading the newest driver from the official nvidia website but it didnt work the driver installer says the graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware. Please help
