I can pair my iPhone to Phone Link App on Laptop and receive messages and see call history...

I can make calls but then the computer redirects the call to my iPhone, I can't speak or listen through my laptop. In Phone Link App under devices the iPhone is listed but the Selected button is grey out. I have tried resetting and repairing the app many times. I've tried forgetting the Bluetooth devices on the iPhone and on the laptop. It will allow the call to be dialed and ended but it won't allow a connection. When Phone Link dials after a few seconds of try to connect it then switches to the iPhones internal speaker and if you try force the iPhone to connect to the Laptop the line just go

    :)

  2. Phone Link won't send/receive MMS texts (iPhone)

I'm using Windows 11 Pro (version 21H2) with Phone Link installed (version 1.23102.126.0).
I've synced Phone Link to my iPhone 12 Pro Max (iOS 17.2.1).

I can send and receive SMS text Messages, but not MMS texts (including group messaging and images).

How can I send/receive MMS messages with Phone Link?

    Steps taken:

    • Update both devices' OS and relevant apps to their latest versions.
    • Pair and sync iPhone to Phone Link and successfully send calls and SMS messages.
    • Reset Phone Link app (delete and reinstall, not allowed)
    • Trouble shoot the steps on the relevant Microsoft Support page (Troubleshooting for messages in the Phone Link - Microsoft Support). (I'm not using third party messaging apps on my phone because Apple won't allow them. And I've made sure I'm running the latest versions.)
Still, Phone Link says "Content type not supported" when I copy and paste an image (.PNG, .JPG) in the "Send a message" field.

  3. iPhone 11 wont' pair with Phone Link (O/S Windows 11)

I am unable to pair my iPhone with Phone Link.

    • Windows 11 is updated
    • Link to Windows is updated and installed on my iPhone
    • PC is paired with the iPhone, and vice versa

I don't see Phone Link listed as an installed app under settings

Phone Link is listed as a default app under the settings

Phone Link is turned on as a start up, although it is listed as "not measured"

The pairing was successful until last fall and now isn't working.

  4. I can pair my iPhone to Phone Link App on Laptop and receive messages and see call history...

iPhone 7 paired with Windows 10 laptop (Dell Latitude 7480) yet "not supported"..?

I am trying to use Bluetooth from my iPhone to lock and unlock my Windows 10 laptop via Windows Hello (lock when away, unlock when phone is beside laptop). Windows says the phone is "paired" but in the Action Center (pop-out column on the right) Bluetooth either toggles the device name (connected/disconnected) or simply shows it as "Not Connected." I have already setup Dynamic Lock and Windows shows the iPhone as paired and ready to lock/unlock the machine, but it does not work.

Is an iPhone 7 just not supported with Windows 10? The Windows Consumer Experience advertises the feature pretty heavily, so that would seem counter-intuitive. However, when I go into the iPhone's bluetooth settings and try to connect to "Dell-Win10Lptop" the iPhone throws an error message:

    Connection Unsuccessful

    "Dell-Win10Lptop" is not supported.

    Forget Device

I've noticed there are 3 missing drivers in Win10:

    - MAP MAS-iOS

    - Wireless iAP

    - Wireless iAP v2

However, I read elsewhere that these might not be obligatory?

The laptop is running Windows 10 v1809 (latest). The iPhone 7 is on iOS 12.1.4. I see my iPhone 7 listed in Win10 DevMgmt under Bluetooth. The Dell's Bluetooth adapter is listed as simply "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)"
