with code 0x800704cf, that is what happens mostly but sometimes it just says my account doesnt exist but when i hit create a new one it says my email is aleady linked to an account and it just repeats. or it will just say that there was an error. It only started happening when i changed my primary email on my microsoft account then it wouldnt let me play games off of xbox gamepass saying i didnt have access to it, so i removed my email and added it again to try to fix it and now its doing the current problem. ive done so much to try and fix it im so frustrated. I have reinstalled windows. I h

unresponding and bsod may sign of hdd problem but if your hdd sound unusual, like louder, too much spinning and not stable. its the sign

and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• 
  What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• 
  Did you reset the password of the Microsoft account or the local account on the PC?
  
• Did you try entering the password using the onscreen keyboard?

If you have reset the Microsoft password and used the same Microsoft account to login to the PC. Then in this scenario, we would suggest you to plug in the Ethernet cable to the
PC for a wired internet connection and then sign in for the first time. Once signed in, then you can switch the network to Wi-Fi and check.
