Windows 10: I can`t login to Windows 10

I have installed a IBM SPSS and restarted my computer. When I tried to login it the PIN options which i was using doesnt not work. I click, the PIN opens but I cant type anything. I have already tried to re-start several times and also used the in screen keyboard. Months ago I was using the fingerprint but that stopped worked and I didnt bother to check, so I was using the PIN option only. The option of password is odd, I dont remember setting it up and all the possible passowords I could have set up dont work.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
