Windows 10: i cannot access ma family safety web page

I cannot access to my family safety web page e.g. manage my kids rightswhen I click on "view your family" new page is loaded, starts to show the right things after few seconds without to click anything I get the error message see the screenshotI tried multiple times, from different browsers, with or without wifi, from iphone or windows. Family Safety web content filters can be bypassed

Family Safety web content filters seem to care only about the web page URL. If the page is allowed, but it gets content from supposedly blocked web sites, there is actually no filtering. Steps to reproduce:

1. Add youtube.com and googlevideo.com to Blocked sites
   
2. Navigate to https://www.bing.com/videos
   
3. Watch YouTube videos there

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, It might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

Now, setup Family Safety.

After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.

Unable to block youtube using family safety
