I cannot access to my windows account on one particularité Pc. I can access on an other PC without any issue. The original issue has start when i have Tryed to activate a connexion option base on fido smart card on addition to hello PIn and password. Then it has been impossible to connect. The compteur ask to enter the confidential code PIN, despote the validity of the pin, connexion still not possible. I Cannot create a other user on that computer. When i use an other computer , there is no issue i can connect on windows by password, or by pinPlease met me know of you can help.

1. Are the entire PC’s running Windows 10 1809 build version?
   
2. Have you tried accessing the PC using IP address of the PC?
   
3. Are the PC’s connected to domain network?

Can't access my home user account on Windows 10.

File Explorer may have encountered an issue due system conflict. To correct this, follow the steps below:

• On the Search bar, type in quick access and press Enter.
• Select File Explorer Options.
• On the General tab, make sure to set Open File Explorer to
  This PC.
• Under Privacy, remove the check mark on Show recently used files in Quick access
  and Show frequently used folders in Quick access.
• Click Apply and OK.

We also suggest that you follow these steps on how to Enable Built-in Administrator
to access your files and perform the troubleshooting steps given by
Pavan_N and BulldogXX. Follow the steps below to Enable Built-in Administrator:

The built-in elevated "Administrator account" is a local account that has full unrestricted access rights to the PC.

• Right click on the Windows icon, select Command Prompt.
• A Command Prompt window will open.
• Type in or copy and paste this command:
  • net user administrator /active:yes
• Press Enter. Close the Command Prompt.
• Sign out with your current account and try to sign in using Administrator.

I wasn't giving steps on how to get RDP working, that is covered plenty of other places, I just give the steps to make it secure.

RDP. If they aren't tracking your Web browsing, I doubt they are going to track RDP.

And if you start the session from the command prompt it doesn't even put the address in the MRU list.

Though the question that needs to be asked now is, what are you using for your VM lab?
