Windows 10: I cannot add a new credit card.

Discus and support I cannot add a new credit card. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot add a new credit card.     I cannot add a new credit card.


    I cannot add a new credit card. I changed countries but its still old country showing old country and not Australia my current country in the drop down box when I want to add my new credit card. I managed to contact and speak to 'Max' at Xbox regarding this2 days ago - he made changes but was aware that the problem still persisted and was going to call me back yesterday with an update- but he didn't. I have tried to speak to someone this morning but was told I have maxed out my attempts on this account for today - which is wrong as I havent managed to get to the point of getting a call back.

    Credit Card Problem

    You are old school as you can just as easily activate a credit card online. Of course they'll be security measures in place to make sure you are you *Wink

    And no, you don't "have to go online" to activate.

    Deleting a credit card

    Hi Melonie,

    If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

    link    . If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.

    I cannot add a new credit card.

    Edit the credit card number on my account

    My suggestion is to delete current credit card number. Then add new credit card number.
