Windows 10: I cannot boot Windows

Discus and support I cannot boot Windows in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I keep receiving a message "Preparing Automatic Repair" when I startup my PC.     I cannot boot Windows


    I keep receiving a message "Preparing Automatic Repair" when I startup my PC. After that advance settings is opening but when I press "Continue to Windows 10", I see the same message. I did some troubleshooting actions, like resetting PC but it says that I’ve run into a problem. The system didn’t allow me to start in a safe mode and to return to the previous Windows version. When I tried to reset the PC to a restore point, I am told that there is no restore point. Help me please.
