Windows 10: I cannot capitalize my "d"

I've done the cmd but when I do it in Admin mode and only then it works. I can't sprint and go right at the same time it's very annoying please help.

Bring back capital letters!

I am quite sure the settings maze is going to be completely redesigned in Windows 10. ;-)

File Names Changing to All Capitals

I just tried some Save as in Excel, one time the suggested save file name was in Capitals tried 3 other files they were in proper case. Went back to original file and now that was in proper case!

I note that when suggesting Capitals some of the file path had changed to Capitals as well.

 

D drive

  attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.*
• Press Enter to execute the command.

If you think that there is nothing important stored in it, then we suggest that you reformat your D drive so that you can use the free space for important files.

You can follow the steps below to start with the process:

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
• Right-click on your D drive, then click on Format.
• Follow the on-screen process to finish formatting the partition.
