Windows 10: I cannot change my lockscreen wallpaper on windows 11

Hello, so this problem has been bothering me for 2 years. when i try to change the lockscreen wallpaper, i simply can't due to the 'settings being managed by my organization'. this was due to my laptop beinga a school laptop not anymore. I have tried literally EVERYTHING to change the wallpaper, i tried to edit the group policies, the registry, to use commands which partially worked for only one image but now the wallpaper is just plain black.important : my account is an administrator on my pc, and i have deleted every account/ties to my previous organization and have updated my windows 11

I would like to know on what to do if my lockscreen wallpaper is not changing as the theme?

so i decide to change my wallpaper theme, so i apply a theme but the problem is that my background wallpaper would change but my lockscreen wallpaper wouldn't change as the theme and i am having trouble of trying to change the lockscreen wallpaper the same as the theme, if i change to a diffrent theme then the background wallpaper would change but the lockscreen wallpaper won't change as the theme (i am not talking about windows spotlight btw, i am trying to match my locksreen wallpaper as the theme but it would just not match) i try to find the wallpaer for the theme in my device but no where to find so may i know on how to fix my lockscreen wallpaper not changing according to theme.

Lockscreen wallpaper (windows spotlight) on desktop

It is called windows spotlight.

In order to set them to your lockscreen go to where you change your wallpapers, select slideshow and choose windows spotlight.

There are ways to save the current wallpapers to use as your desktop and for other purposes. (as long as it is legal)

Lockscreen Wallpaper

I am unable to change the lock-screen wallpaper. Whenever I select a picture to set as lockscreen, a message pops up saying"try a different photo". If I try to change it from the personalize window, the picture keeps buffering and there is no actual change.
