    I cannot change my primary email address on my Microsoft Account


    An error message appears when I try to change my email address for my Microsoft account. I have an outlook email address that I've been using for quite some time and now I wish to use it for my primary email on my Microsoft Account. However, the error message tells me the email is already in use. Well, yes it is, it is MY email. How can I add this email address in order to then make it my primary email? Also, if I'm successful in changing my primary email address, with your help, would I be able to change my email that I used to setup OneDrive to this same email address?
