Windows 10: I cannot change the brightness on Windows 11 or use internal laptop microphone

Hi there, first time posting.I have a Dell G15 laptop. -Ryzen 7 + Vega iGPU-16 Gb RAM-Nvidia RTX 3050-Last Windows update "2024-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034123"-I suppose it's importat to note that the machine's desktop is handled by the iGPU.So, to jump straight into the issues:1. Can't change brightness on my screen. The slider moves normally, but there is no change. This is not an issue about energy options. I've tried to fiddle with those, but it didn't work, I've tried to work with the BIOS, but it's really basic and can't really do anyth

How can I activate my laptop internal microphone using Windows 7 Home Premium system to participate in Zoom meetings in order to hear and be heard in conversations? Video (picture) participation seems to work OK but I can't get the sound.. Laptop built
in speakers work OK for other uses so seems to be a problem with the internal microphone system. I don't want really to have to buy a headset with headphones and microphone to plug into a USB port ! Help please. Thanks. I am not very technically minded
so as simple guidance as possible would be appreciated with exact steps to try!
