Windows 10: I cannot choose any WiFi network while another laptop of mine and my phone can

Hi all,I'm having a trouble connecting to my WiFi, I cannot find any available WiFi as I show in the picture. I'm using Windows 11 in ASUS TUF Gaming FX505DD. However, this also happened when I was using Windows 10.Is there anything that I can do to solve this?

Why can I connect everything but this pc to my wifi network?

Change the network name and try again. My laptop does that from time to time with the saved password for my phones wifi network.

Recover a forgotten wifi network on windows 10

I unintentionally deleted a wifi network on my laptop. Now is does not appear in the list of available wifi networks. I know I am in range as I'm connected to that network on my phone. I know my wifi is working on my laptop as I can connect to all the
other wifi networks that appear.

I know they SHOULD resync, but this one does not.

Please don't suggest a restore or recover as the only option.
