Windows 10: I cannot connect anything Bluetooth to my PC, and I am running out of ideas.

I will first tell you what the PC is telling me, and then what I have tried to do to fix it, as well as provide photos. I have had this PC for 3 months for CyberPowerPC.The PC has a working Bluetooth slider that lets me toggle it on and off no problem. It lets me attempt to pair devices to it but will no avail. At first, I thought it was my devices that were faulty. I attempted to connect 2 Xbox controllers and a PlayStation controller, with no luck. I was able to Pair these same controllers to my Windows laptop no problem. I have the latest version of Windows 11. I have run the Windows Troubl

No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

As per your description, I understand that there is no sound in your PC as it shows that it is currently connected to a Bluetooth device which you do not recognize.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

1. Have you connected your PC to Bluetooth speakers?

2. Do you recognize the device that is connected to your PC?

3. Does the Bluetooth device display under Control Panel > Devices and Printers?



For now, I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if you will be able to remove the device in question.

To remove the device from your PC, follow the steps below

• Select Start > Settings > Devices >
  Bluetooth.
• Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
  Yes.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.

Hardware and Device troubleshooter. This tool will check for software related issues and help to connect the hardware to the PC correctly. To run this tool, follow the steps below:

• Type troubleshooting in the Search bar.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instruction.
