Windows 10: I cannot connect my PC wirelessly to my HP printer

I have trouble connecting my PC to my wireless printer. I can print on my iPad and my wife's Mac will print wirelessly! The printer is definitely connected to our internet! I just cannot print from my computer!

Unable to connect printer wirelessly.

I am unable to connect my PC wirelessly to my printer. I finish the process of connecting it wirelessly, and am also able to print a test page. However when I click finish it says"Default printer cannot be set". I have connected it multiple times before
without any issues. I have another printer that I tried connecting and it said the same thing. Can someone help me, thanks

 

Wireless printer keeps losing signal

My sister has an HP as well that is connected wirelessly. HP must put a good WLAN chip in their printers. Other manufacturers...not so much.

 

Connecting to a Wireless Printer

I have a Dell laptop running Windows 10. I have a home PC running 7 which is connected wirelessly to a HP Officejet Pro 276. I have tried unsuccessfully to connect my Dell to the printer by clicking on Devices and Printers and Add a Printer. It searches
for the printer but fails to do so. On clicking on The printer I want isn't listed, none of the proposed solutions appears to establish the connection to the printer. Can you help?
