Go to the Dell Support site and allow Dell to scan your computer for drivers. Laptop and all in one drivers rarely need updating since they are customized by Dell for your exact model. Sign up to be notified by Dell if any updates are issued. You cannot
use Intel drivers from Intel or any drivers that come from manufacturers that are not Dell. You might have install incorrect drivers or just need to reinstall the camera drivers and software. Dell also has

a forum to get help with this. Others have reported problems with the Creative Update.

Pair Dell laptop and Bluetooth speakers?

I have a Dell laptop and Bluetooth speakers. The problem is that I cannot connect them. The speakers are not indicated in the list of output devices and I can just hear sound from the internal laptop speaker.

How can I connect my Bluetooth speakers to the laptop?

 

How to disable the internal speakers when connecting external speakers?

The instructions for connecting headphones/external speakers inplies that the internal speakers in my HP Envy 23-d260qd computer will be disabled when the headphones/external speakers are connected. This is not the case - both the speakers and the
headphones work together, thus defeating the purpose of headphones. There seems to be some suggestion that this problem has been caused by an update to Windows10. I have been connecting of headphones or external speakers and would mechanically disabled the
internal speakers as happens with molst audio equipment. Any advice will be much appreciated.
