The specifications are: processor 13th Gen Intel R CoreTM i5-1335U, model HP Probook 440 14 inch G10 Notebook PC, windows edition Windows 11 Enterprise When I tried to troubleshoot the issue, it stated that the Wi-Fi adapter driver may be problematic. After seeing the troubleshoot, I shut the device off and turned it on. Next, I used the device manager and found that the "IntelR Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz" within the Network Adapters section had a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on it based on my research, tried to update or reset it. Still, I don't think I'm allowed to update the

I had tried them before and unfortunately it did not work.

The laptop connects to home WiFi but not to school WiFi. I have contact the school's IT department and hopefully it can be fixed.

Connecting to School Wifi with Asus ROG laptop.

Okay so recently I got a new laptop (Asus ROG Zephyrus M) and for some reason beyond me it won't connect to my schools WiFi (I attend and live in a boarding school so this is quite needed (this WiFi has worked on previous laptops I have owned so I know it
is just my laptop).

My laptop is fully able to connect to WiFi networks, as it can connect to my phones 4G Hotspot perfectly fine (it also works with regular home wifi). I don't know why my laptop won't connect, it just doesn't log in. Sometimes I can be typing in my username
(for the WiFi) and it will just delete my username. Anyway, when I am actually able to type in my username etc. it just goes back to being unconnected - it looks like it's connecting but then just doesn't. I don't get any error messages, nothing. I've looked
around on the web and also found nothing; maybe it's something really easy I don't know!

By the way my school WiFi is just a regular 'login' WiFi, when you click connect you have to login with and username and password. I don't know what type of security it is etc. sorry.

 

Laptop loses wifi connection and often is difficult to connect.

My HP laptop running windows Ten has developed and annoying habit of losing the wifi connection. Often times it will not reconnect or it takes multiple attempts to get it connected. Many times, I can be right next to the router or to the personal hot spot and it will still not connect.
Many times rebooting will allow me to reconnect, but it is happening multiple times in a day. Any suggestions?
