    As the title states, I want to share my computer's internet connection with another device. More specifically, I would like to share the computer's connection to a VPN service with another device which cannot ordinarily make use of VPN services itself.My problem is that even without trying to use the VPN provider, my mobile hotspot on windows does not seem to work. I have tried to set up a mobile hotspot on two different computers and have tried connecting to the hotspots on multiple devices, but to no avail:- PC 1 is connected to the router via a LAN connection. Turning on the hotspot doesn't
